About Dr. Teresa Albin-Davis & Parker Dental Care
Dr. Albin-Davis has a family focused, kid friendly, general and cosmetic dentistry practice. This means she does a little of everything - cleaning, crowns, root canals, bonding, whitening, dentures, fillings, sealants - to help families keep smiling.
Dr. Albin-Davis gets goosebumps seeing her patients smile for the first time after she has restored their teeth. "It's the best part of being a dentist, when I see my patient's smile return."
Parker Dental Care was opened after careful planning. Dr. Albin-Davis installed state-of-the-art equipment, high-tech computers and custom-made exam chairs. She worked hard to design her office to exceed today's strict health standards, and has done everyting possible to make her patients feel "at home" as they enter her office.
A commitment to the prevention of dental disease through fluoride treatments, applying sealants and patient education about good oral hygiene is very important to Dr. Albin-Davis. She knows one of the best ways to prevent gum disease is to educate her patients about it.
"My computer program helps me to see conditions in a parent's mouth that might be a problem for their child," Dr. Albin-Davis explains. "Early intervention with these problems helps their child have a healthier mouth."
Her interest in arts and crafts comes in very handy as a dentist. The fine motor skills required of a dentist are greatly enhanced by the experience Dr. Albin-Davis has gained from doing arts and crafts for years. And her eye for color is helpful when matching the color of tooth enamel for crowns, dentures and bonding.
Dr. Albin-Davis has volunteered with the Head Start program in Denver for the last four years. She is married, has two daughters (Rachel and Rebecca), loves animals and is an avid Avalanche fan. She enjoys gardening, especially xeriscaping, as well as doing arts and crafts in her free time.
